A satirical reflection by Author/Artist Phil Fehrenbacher
Phil enlisted in the Army in 1965 where you served for years in Vietnam. He became a graphic designer and has worked for the state of Oregon for 26 years. He retired in 2003 and started the Cartoon "In-Country". The cartoons reflect his experiences during his tour of duty in South Vietnam.
There is a new cartoon everyday.

- July 24 - 17th Annual National Korean War Veterans Armistice Day Commemoration on the evening (6-8pm) of Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at the Cannon Caucus Room (Room 390) inside the Cannon House Office Building in Washington, DC 20003. There will be Korean traditional performances, remarks by Members of Congress, and a light dinner with beverages. Please let us know if your leadership can attend so we can make special accommodations.
- July 30 - 5k PubRun starting and ending at VFW Post 2562. Canteen will be open briefly after the run. Come Join us.
- We are open on Saturdays - 5pm until close and Tuesdays after the PubRun
